Mini Photoelectrochemical (PEC) Measurement System
This is an entry-level photoelectrochemical device. It includes a potentiostat, an LED rotator, a universal electrochemical cell, and a set
of electrodes: an Ag/AgCl reference electrode and a platinum counter electrode. The device can be used for two-electrode and
three-electrode measurements, making it ideal for basic sample characterization. The LED rotator selects one of 10 LEDs for illumination
in the UV, visible, and near-infrared ranges. Current measurements can be performed while the potential and light intensity are scanned
within set ranges. The sample is placed in a PTFE electrochemical cell, which can handle both transparent and opaque substrates.
Although this device is a streamlined version of a larger photoelectrochemical measurement system, it is compact and feature-rich,
making it particularly suitable for entry-level photoelectrochemical experiments and basic sample characterization.

"System Functions"
· Current as a function of set bias potential
· I-V characteristics of the sample under illumination
· Open circuit potential (OCP) as a function of light wavelength
· Photocurrent as a function of light intensity
· IPCE or EQE at wavelengths provided by the LED rotator
· Surface photovoltage (SPV)
· Measurement of space charge region capacitance if an LED with a super-bandgap wavelength is present in the LED rotator
